GameStop preorder help needed

I redeemed my codes from GameStop on madden 25 and can not find the cards anywhere and I can't use the 49ers owner in connected franchise.

Is this PS3? I'm having the same issue. I redeemed my codes but they never downloaded. They show up in my transaction history but not my download list.

I contacted EA about it and they're looking into it.

PS3 won't show up in your download window, once you hit back to madden menu a window will open saying it worked. Then start a CF and see if you can use one of the players or if it's still locked.

Also you can call GS and tell them, they sent another guy a couple codes last year.

So it doesn't show up in your download history? Every other unlock I've done shows up there.

I got the message the code worked, but when I tried to use Rice in CF, it told me I had to unlock him. And when I go to UT, I don't have the 49ers pack.

GS told me if I had no luck with EA they'd try to find me another code. But I think EA is working on getting me a new code once they figure out what happened.

My download history is empty since there was nothing to download. And I used both GS and Power Up codes with no issue.

Might be different on the Xbox for DL history

You're right, it doesn't show up in the DL history.

EA sent me two new codes. No issues this time. I'm not sure why the first two didn't take.

With the Amazon and Best Buy packs I had to:

1. Enter the code

2. After downloading restart the game

3. Enter the code again (confirmation message will appear)

4. Then go to "open packs" in ultimate team
