    Biggest pet peeves

    1) wonky animations (although not as bad as 13)
    2) qb throwing it up for grabs (even elite quarterbacks)
    3) wide receivers catching ball on sideline but often don't try to keep feet in bounds

I'm sure there are many others, but these are my top 3.

1.) Can be solved with adjusting only penalty sliders
2.) Can be solved with adjusting Gameplay sliders
3.) Can be solved with adjusting Gameplay sliders

You should venture over to the slider forum and all your pet peeves can be resolved.

        Re: Biggest pet peeves

        My biggest pet peeves are
the unlimited speed burst the cpu has.
The super speed they get after a turnover, especially offensive lineman running down cornerbacks.
The Instant replay that last for 5 seconds...
The inconsistent speed burst that you have as a player.
The lack of being able to sustain substitutions in your playbook.
The inability to modify body types.
The inability to mod draft classes pre ala nba2k...
The inability to assign a custom playbook to a coach.
The hiring process irregardless to personnel. For example some coach got hired in Bmore and ran the spread option w/ Joe Flacco.
But my biggest 2 pet peeves are the slow *** menu that Madden keeps, and the lack of memory this game sustains. After a draft u almost always have to restart madden to avoid freezing. And the menu's are horrible. For example why are salaries just included in the roster screen? Why isn't there a list of possible free agents? During trades you don't know a guys age or salary.

            1. CPU warping into tackles all the time. (ex. I run by them as they are engaged and they just glitch onto my player and make the play without even touching my player sometimes.
            2. CPU corners sticking to some reciever like glue. It is like they know the play before hand. The CPU came out in man and they already knew I was running a drag route. I changed sliders but it still happens occasionally.
            3. Draft Classes repeating. Haven't tried it but I would be pissed off.

The penalty sliders don't control the amount of penalty calls, just the animations that are assigned to those calls. By sacrificing most penalty sliders and adjusting them, you can eliminate most, if not all, of the crazy animations.

Dude what are you talking about? How are you going fix the ridiculous infinity engine animations with a slider come on :/

My biggest Pet Peeve is even though the worlds best pass rushers play from the right end position it is almost entirely impossible (and has been for about the last 7 years in Madden) to get a Sack from your RE while your LE is getting 16-20 sacks a year and your DT's are hitting the QB every play. . .but I guess there's a slider for that too right?

                  1. punts bouncing forty yards.
                  2. no or not enough penalties. Especially OPI/DPI penalties-biggest pet peeve
                  3. disjointed animations that make no sense.
                  4. showing an injured player going to the locker room and being on the field the very next play
                  5. those dam anti gravity cleats. can we have players actually have their feet on the ground
                  6. the poor run defense.

When there is less than 2 minutes left in the half/game, and the cpu completes a 20 yard pass and it literally takes them 4 seconds to be back at the line of scrimmage ready to snap the ball

The "Y" button. How hard is it to make the button you assign an action to, do that action every time? I've missed so many interceptions and given up big plays because of it rarely working.

Three minute freakin quarters in MUT. You can literally play a game where you only get one possession.
Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

My biggest pet peeve is that 60% of wide-open interceptions are dropped.

Sucks in online play, where you can't adjust sliders. Nothing more frustrating than having your opponent throw a pass right to the CB, having him drop it, and then they score on the drive.

That's absolutely CRAZY and completely unintuitive to the slider names. It's actually difficult to believe you on this only because of how crazy it sounds. Sorry, not trying to call you a liar. If this is true then it's an absolutely HORRIBLE way to design penalty sliders. This is an huge SMH.
