What's the thinking on the fatigue effect being 0/0? Does your 4th line still get ice time?

I'm just curious as I wasn't finding that those guys got any ice time with these sliders at their default (don't remember what it was, maybe 3?). I believe they'd have 2-3 minutes TOI, where as with it maxed they'll get 7ish.
