Keep playing.. Too much of a grind to play games I've already played once.

& like the randomness of what might happen.

I've never had a career ending injury to anyone though. I could prob see starting over if you had just begun & you lose one of your favorite players for good.

Unless the file gets corrupted or something (and I do rolling saves to avoid that), I stay with the one CFM. I like to get as far as I can, to see what happens over the years.

If the glitches that break this years CFM occur. Such as geting a repeat draft class, or the progression of my players not carrying into the next season. I think these frustrating and ridiculous circumstances would cause any person to start over......over and over.

I always start a 'practice' CFM/franchise at launch to dial in sliders and difficulty. Then I get the day 1 rosters and start my 'real' CFM/franchise and just go with it.

keep playing.. and even going a bit further and documenting everything that happens in the Dynasty HQ section

truth be told no matter how hard you try your franchise will never, EVER be similar to real life because at some point.. your franchise will take a life of its own and will have its own storylines/players/etc and part of the fun is always to see how things turn out

at least, for me.. that's always part of the fun

Injuries can make me re-start or re-load a CCM. In most aspects of the game, I'm all for making it as hard as possible but an injured QB can make me re-load.

What is up with all the new saves, wow? It just keeps creating new files instead of writing over the old ones.

Yeah, I have to make sure to manually save when I first re-enter my CCM each time or it makes a new save file.

I usually get through one season. I love creating my own team from scratch by drafting a fantasy style. Usually picking different schemes each time. Currently working on My Spread Offence / 4-3 D.

Settings from the main hub of CFM. If you go all the way to the right, you'll see the save option (it's in the same part of the screen as your legacy points). You just have to do this the first time you save when you load it and then you can save normally after that to overwrite your file.

Even then, sometimes after a game it will revert to this behavior despite pre-saving (which I also do, obviously).

I find myself restarting my CFM's all the time, but I am actively trying to start one and stick with it this year.

Agreed. Most of the time I end up starting over is if I accidentally forget to save and the game freezes on me.
