Im in my second offseason. My defense was a 83 overall before I started free agency. While I was in the free agency period, I got an alert that my team had signed Gary Kubiak to be my coach, which was funny because I didn't realize i had a HC vacancy. Anyway, after that, Gerald McCoy, who I had already made an offer to, had his overall in the FA interface go from 91 to 62. Hmmm. Checked my scheme, everything was fine.
Now, after free agency, some of my defensive players' overalls have dropped considerably. My 1-year DT went from an 80 at the end of the season, to a 53 before the draft. my LOLB went from an 82 to a 69. All my RE's dropped 15 points or more, and my SS dropped 11 points. The rest of the team is fine. My scheme is the exact same as it was... WTF!
*After doing some more looking around, the reason their overalls dropped is because their size grades are all out of whack. McCoy's is 40 for some reason. All the other ratings seem normal, but sizes all went WAY down. And it also happened to my WR's too. Cecil Shorts size grade is now 44. It was high-80's.
