What, what? How?
Through the Dolphin emulator on PC we can edit the rosters on the disc and inject our own textures over the game's. So it is possible to update the Gamecube version of the game, and well, that is what we did over at the NLSC.
I put time in on the roster and technical stuff, while Mazzocchi went nuts and did ratings, logos and jersey art for all the players, as well as various tweaks to the work I had done.

The update files can be downloaded here -

Just like here, NLSC is very anti-piracy, so getting your legit version of the Gamecube version of Street Vol. 2 onto your computer is on you. Don't ask for help, don't even offer others to help with this.
Tutorials
I have done video tutorials on how to inject the new roster into the game disc

For optimizing Dolphin for playing this on your computer, I did a video of course

and NLSC member johnz1 made a detailed text tutorial as well
