    Coach XP (I hate EA Sports with a passion)

    Looks like we have a few coaches not getting XP and in order to keep this Dynasty going we need to come up with a plan for this bug.

    My proposal:

    1. Coach quits
    2. Commish changes starting point level to coache's requested level or a level the collective dynasty establishes to get that coach through the current season.
    3. Advance week and affected coach rejoins at the new level and does so with the understanding that no XP point will be earned for the remainder of the season

    This would have to be done at the beginning of every season

    Washington State
    Miami University

      I want the average of all the coaches and see if I can gain XP. If I can't gain any this time, I might need a higher level and try again next season.

                  Unfortunately no...They need to quit like Washington State did and then I have to change the start level to the appropriate level, then advance, then the coach rejoins at that new setting.

                      I don't think you have to advance. I can quit and rejoin the same week.

                          I'm ok with the above plan. I'm so disappointed in EA with # of bugs in the last couple of games.

                              Yeah, it won't be the end of the world and it'll just be a little drag for the coaches affected but they'll get the appropriate coaching point to make sure they're not impacted at all. Hopefully we'll get a patch and it'll fix that issue.

                                  No XP for me either... Sorry but I doubt have the patience to deal with this bug.. Workarounds be damned

                                      I'm fine with either fix. It would be nice if everything worked as normal and you level up on performance etc., but obviously this is going to be a recurring problem. I just want to play
