They always read it, Mike Wang has been a member of OS since his Microsoft NBA Inside Drive days. I'm near confident the devs do read these threads and try to give everything a shot.

I don't think they read every single one though. Maybe LD reads mostly all of them, but I doubt Mike does. Just good to know he definitely was in this thread.

I might be thinking way out of line but I think 2k is trying to Kill Crew Mode so My team can be the top mode and I enjoy My Team But 2k11 Crew is still WAY better Than My team.

Sales might drop but it will probably be because some people are waiting for the next gen version and will skip this one rather than people not being content with the product.

2k better impress me on next gen, still has nothing to impress me but imporvements for block dunks, on point graphics( need to see more players cuz Anthony Bennett is not light skin for current gen ) , and gameplay. right now as a 2k fan im highly disapointed as much as others 2k crew fans are but what kspade said R.I.P to crew forever......? naaaahhh i dont believe that.....IF!!!
EA makes a smooth move over 3 years of absence having a good game and telling us they have their own crew just like 2k11 with no hacks or bad connection... Im highly sure 2k crew fans will play that till 2k get things right...... i mean 3 years for EA absence on NBA live has to come up strong hopefully if so, 2k knows they have competition and have to keep the fans happy or they'll move like im willing to do i bet.
2k also could just do a game add on like they've done for 2k12 with crew but in a stadium with a coach, team, rules, and game clock than 21 points ill even pay just to have it in
In future hopefully 2k focus my player customization what surrounds it,a better renamed than Mycrew due to its ridiculous reasoning and short timing to delvelop but with huge improvements like more uniforms, customize stadium , etc probably for next gen maybe?
but i will be buying 2k14 over NBA live due to no demo for live on current gen....... I need to know what ill be playing before I buy EA.....

couple questions...

- how many rosters spots? that would suck if it's like 7 lol. need a lot of spots so that it increases the chance of having enough players on at the same time.

- 3on3 and 5on5 on separate leaderboards right?

I think you all have to think of the bigger picture here.
The my player mode was most likely created for this very purpose. Crew Mode has potential to become a self sustained league with only created players.
think long range. think of eventually this branching out a league that Incorporates seasonal drafts of created players etc.
I have no issue with this potential direction.
The created players that turn into the elite players in said league are those that put in the time and work to build their skills.
add in franchise mode with contracts and other teams bidding for top talent. I see alot of potential in this.
think of this as the first year of new basketball league. it will have growing pains

So what you're telling me is Crew is going to branch out to a entire league where we all start off as Created MyCareer players, playing in some crews, and compete in a "NBA-like atmosphere" to be champs.

Like a Road to NBA, where we all start off Street crews but progressing online to be a NBA champion in a "Crew League?" (Drew League....)

Sounds to me like there is a clock in this clip. "X minutes to go in 1st qtr." If we are playing to 21, probably no qtrs, and definitely no game winning shots.

except for current gen isn't gonna do that so as far as ps3/xbox goes, "crews" is as far as it'll go. what i'm hoping is something close to your idea is gonna happen with next gen THIS year.

To 21?!?!? LOL Wow. A Lebron mode I have no interest in playing, a crew mode I'm not interested in playing, all they need to do is announce that MyTeam won't be on next-gen game and I can cancel my pre-order.

Has it been mentioned if there will be positions in the 5v5? Becausein blacktop, you could have a center as your check man (inbounder)
