I know those that are into UT will be happy about this. Log in now and if you have played Fifa before you should get some free packs. My brother got Javier Hernandez in one of his packs so I am a little jealous.

Never really paid much attention to UT before, what is it actually,and is it different from Seasons? I want to play online this year so I'm trying to get some info on what modes to play.

It's like a fantasy/card collecting game. You get cards of players through packs and use the players to form teams. I love it and I would imagine it is there most popular online mode. It does have season mode in it. Win enough with your ultimate team and you get promoted to a higher division, lose and get demoted.

Are the packs for FUT 13 or 14? if it's not for the new one its not worth my time. Might check it out later tonight. And does it work for xbox/ps or pc?

Do you know how UT and the web app will handle swapping systems? I have been playing FIFA on 360 for a couple years but am going to PS4 next gen and will be launching my UT there. On the web app it makes no mention of what console you are on but with me logging in I am assuming everything that I got is tied to a XBOX 360 UT. Is there any way to check this/change this?

I never knew what FUT was all about. Thanks for explaining it. Had no idea why it was so popular. Do you get to choose whose league you want to be in or is it just random?

Looks like I'll have to try this out on the PS4..

I logged in and it told me I don't have FIFA 14 connected to this account. Then it gives me the option to preorder.

You can choose a league because it helps boost your chemistry to have a team full of players from the same league. Players with the same team, league, and nationality all create links which boost chemistry. The higher your team chemistry the better they play together. A few of my team from last year were:

1) American
2) Prem League
3) Ligue 1
4) Brazialian Silvers
5) Liga MX

I think the Liga MX team was my favorite. Marco Fabian and Chucho Benitez (RIP) were fantastic.

I would think so? I used to log in all the time on the web to mess with ultimate team?
