Patch News?

Has anybody heard anything about a potential patch and when it maybe released? Game has been out almost a month and still several issues with the game or don't they care and just focusing on the next gen version?

But in all seriousness, late October for this gen is realistic.

I'm hoping more like the next couple of weeks.

If it doesn't come untill the end of October that would be 2 months after release... I don't think the first patch took that long last year.

I do hope it's soon, I decided not to buy it right away, I'm waiting for the patch before I plop down $60 again. And they better at least fix the repeating draft classes and freezing, plus hopefully the QB sim stats. Otherwise I'm not buying at all.

I wouldn't really consider that a joke. Think about it, sales for this gen are down and they're busy finalizind next gen release. I wouldn't be at all suprised if there was no patch at all. Actually, I would be suprised if there WAS one.

Keep in mind that patch 1 was on release day. We are waiting for patch 2.

Keep in mind, "patch 1" wasn't really a patch.

EA has stated on Twitter that a title update is in the works. Last year the second title update details were released on September 11 and the update went live a few days after that. However, the devs were much more involved with the community last year.

Uhm, theres a large portion of consumers who can't even play the game after downloading the first "patch". They'd better fix that crap with another patch that fixes the issue. Late october-Early November is not a suitable timeframe for that. I'd accept three weeks at most.

I agree that would not be acceptable, but based on the information we have, it surely won't take that long. They have already said via twitter that an update will be available soon and last year, they were releasing patch 4 come November.

While I agree with you, last year they weren't releasing versions for new consoles. I suspect that is going to have an impact on things for current gen. :/
