All Pro in franchise vs play now?
This game seems to play completely different on all pro if you are playing a play now game versus a franchise game. Is that true or is it just me? I really like how it plays in play in CCF mode but not in play now games. Any opinions or why this is? ThanksTags: None -

People said the same thing last year. That Play Now was awesome while other modes play very differently. You just need to visit the Slider Forum and find a set that works for you.Originally posted by WilliamLightIt´s much easier.. don´t know why! only difference i´ve noticed is when you start your franchise mode with default all-pro settings, and go to the sliders, computer pass defense is set at 75! all the other settings are 50 for both, as in play now mode. other thing that comes to mind, is player ratings are very different from play now mode because of schemes. usually much lower.. so easier opponents!GT EarAssassin

Yes, its a little easier and maybe more forgiving on user arrant passes. They are not all pics. lol I just find for my skill level it plays really well. I see cpu over throw passes, good kick returns, some nice runs etc... It just feels and plays way better for my skill level. When i go to just a play now game it is harder to stop the cpu's passing game and the overall game play just doesn't feel right to me... I thought this would be a hot topic but i couldn't find any threads. lolComment

Re: All Pro in franchise vs play now?
I thought I was delusional, but there is some merit here. No matter how many times I import sliders, the A.I. is very easy in CC. I can literally rush for 100 yards each game with ease, the A.I. QB no matter who it is, is just incompetent.
Even with house rules, it's just flat out easy.

All-Pro doesn't seem all that hard to me in play now games. Which stinks for me, because I prefer playing All-Pro.
One thing I have noticed in play now games, sometimes - not every time - but sometimes, if I have the game set to either AP or AM, in the settings menu it will say AP or AM but if I check my sliders they're all at 75.Comment

I know for "play now" you select AM or AP in the game options, then you load your sliders, don't input them, because that will change it to "custom". In CCM, I load them as well, because I've read on these boards that moving the sliders in CCM will med with the gameplay. Curiously, I tried this to see if it was true, and Yea, had a total of 10 turnovers in the first half (play 15min quarters).All-Pro doesn't seem all that hard to me in play now games. Re: All Pro in franchise vs play now?
The thing is, I haven't even gone into Franchise mode yet. I didn't even touch sliders.
I had the difficulty saved on All-Madden in my profile. I played a Play Now game and after a quarter I was up 17-0. So I decided I'd go lower the sliders a bit. When I went into the in-game sliders, all the user sliders were at 75, which is Pro. But the difficulty level in the settings screen still said All-Madden.Comment
