Re: NBA 2K14 Trailer - The Rewards Are Endless, Featuring LeBron James
For the current-gen console guys, I wish 2K would've totally fixed and updated Lebron's CF. He's the cover athlete and he looks horrible compared to other not-as-relevant players who look spot on. They could've even asked permission to use one of the PC modder's CFs because there's a million of them, lol, but oh well.
Anyway, nice vid. The blocks look very nice.Comment

Re: NBA 2K14 Trailer - The Rewards Are Endless, Featuring LeBron James
I was thinking that as well. I feel like one of the reviews or previews out there alluded to something similar. They mentioned it wasn't skippable until LeBron said something in particular but I cannot recall what it was.Comment

Trailer was ok...except for the part where the real LBJ was speaking. I think he's a terrible actor. I think he's really really bad at that. Thankfully for him, he can play basketball pretty well. Very, very well.My Specs:

Agreed. But I thought he was better than expected and CERTAINLY better than most athletes. Hell, he should have enough practice, right?

Re: NBA 2K14 Trailer - The Rewards Are Endless, Featuring LeBron James
I haven't seen any signature dribbles in any videos thus far per se' but in this new trailer...one of the size-ups Lebron does...looks eerily similar to the one I noticed in the Next Gen trailer released awhile ago. Don't know if any players on Current Gen or Next Gen have any signature dribbles or size-ups but it looks very Lebron-like in that particular sequence. If Current Gen, in fact, does not have any signature dribbles or size-ups...here's hoping that Next Gen does. I've been a "2K guy" for many years since the dreamcast days and will continue to be so...but NBA Live 10' had the signature dribbling down perfect of the star players. Have yet to see it implemented that well since. Live's dribbling and overall arena atmosphere are basically the only things missing that NBA 2K could be better at/improve upon and would make it the "perfect game."Comment

Are we going to be able to use R.Allen with the Lebron James to the greatnest crap? I can't believe they have created something like that wiht a player that has won just two championships. NExt year, R.Horry to the super greatnest!!!"La Ilusión es el sueño de los Despiertos" Mario Benedetti.

...that's why it's PATH to greatness. He hasn't achieved greatness yet, as implied by the game mode.
I'm sure playing a game mode with Robert Horry aged 40 would be so fun right?Comment
