I have the latest madden updates, everyone I begin a career when I go to bypass the first preseason game or freezes. Does anybody have any answers for me. Help is desperately needed, thank you.

My game freezes in my offline CFM if I try to change the depth chart during a regular season game - every time.Comment

It's horrible, I can only use the play now mode, rather damn frustrating. When I get home imma delete the last roster update to see if this works and try the online career mode type. Will give results.Comment

Here is what I had to do and I hate EA for it.
If you disable your internet connection in the overall PS settings and then enter the game, your offline CCF should run smoothly.
Whenever I enter the game with the connection I have the same problem. I actually can't play online at all because my game freezes all the time.Comment

I have had the same issues for the last 3 years. I can get into games, but If I mess around in franchise mode, I don't know what it is, I can't place it, its like its timed based, then when I go to play, it is like bugged and will freeze instead of letting me in. this seems to be obvious when the news feed photos disappear, and you try to set your uniform and you don't even see the graphic. its either in scouting, or player management, depth chart, something causes the game to do this
and I have had to deal with this for years. If I play for awhile in franchise and don't play agame, I have to actually turn the system off, or it will just flat out stop and freeze right after the "loading" thing pops up360-Chiefs-)Comment

What systems are you guys using I have ps3 and it has never froze(which is rare for Maddens in general), thank God.I would say it's nice to meet you but it's not so I don't pretend it is when I greet you.

I have the ps3 as well.... and I have an online ccm going into yr 4 and haven't had one freezing issue I haven't had any issues with depth charts neither.
I haven't tried an offline ccm yet.... but that seem's where all the freezing issues are happening.Comment

clear your cache. but to be honest the only true remedy is to buy a new xbox360. I have had zero freezes with the newest model with 4GB flash. My older unit froze almost every few games. Remember this when deciding to upgrade to next gen. Everyone is talking about how great it is going to be but I am predicting major issues due to prior history
