Good rebuilding schools.
Hey guys, I just picked this game up and need some advice. I am using rl rosters, and looking for a decent school to rebuild. I don't want a high star school, or a one star, but a school who will take some time to get in top 25.
Which schools would you recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TyTags: None -
Re: Good rebuilding schools.
It depends on how much of a recruiting challenge you want. If you just like to play and get the top players then I would go with a team in texas ex. rice, utep, etc. Otherwise if you want a more involved recruiting process I would recommend a team in the Mac or AA. That way you can notice the immediate impact of your star recruits. -

Re: Good rebuilding schools.
Yeah, I understand what you're saying. In that case, I would suggest a team like Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Indiana, Iowa, Cal, San Jose State, or even NC State depending on your taste in conference.Comment

Conference is not as important to me. Question, is Tennessee and Iowa already a powerhouse?Comment

Re: Good rebuilding schools.
Personally I'd go with SMU. It's Texas so you automatically have a pipeline to a boatload of recruits. Then once you're powerful enough, create an all-Texas conference!
IRL playing as SMU is also cool as you can be the guy who brings them back to post-death penalty relevancy.Comment

Re: Good rebuilding schools.
Do you have any particular conference you like. For me I am a West coast guy. So I tend to go with teams in the MWC, or Pac-12. So for me a team like Cal, Oregon State, WSU would be great choices. However if you are talking about a middle of the road rebuild any team in the MWC not named BSU and maybe Fresno State.Comment

Re: Good rebuilding schools.
Currently an OC for Cal, and it has been a rough road.
In my first year we went 4-8, and we improved a little year 2 going 7-6. Currently in my offseason for year 2 and i managed to scoop up 8 4 star recruits, but in the end im still losing top end recruits to the likes of Stanford and USC.
All of this is great as in my last job i was a HC for Georgia and i had won the BCS Championship 3 out of the last 4 years. Needed a challenge and a change of pace and i certainly got it.NFL - Denver Broncos
NCAAF - Boise State Broncos
Champions Indoor Football - Sioux City Bandits 9-2
MLB - Toronto Blue Jays 56-45
NHL - Colorado Avalanche 2022 STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS
United States Hockey League - Sioux City Musketeers
2022 Clark Cup ChampionsComment

Re: Good rebuilding schools.
NC State has talent. Solid conference. Especially if you add Louisville after season 1. Could definitely turn around NC State. Their starter is also mobile. Another middle of the road definitely worth rebuilding.XBOX ONE GAMERTAG: TMAGIC05Comment
