2) NBA 2k7
1) NBA 2k11

Strictly with respect to online gameplay those three were the only good games. The others just weren't as polished.

I liked 2k3 with A.I on the cover, but 2k11 is the best in my opinion.

I may be in the minority with this but i think 2k13 was clearly much better than 2k12 and i would actually take it over 2k11.

Again with respect to online gameplay only, NBA 2k13 is the worst I've ever played.

I don't know how a basketball game could be functionally broken with no ability to block dunks and be considered credible. Defense in general was not fun to play. Offense was way too easy online so nothing felt special.

Well offline with the trifecta or PP roster, it was the best 2k thus far.

2K1 got me into the series so I need to throw that one out there. 2k11, as many have said brought me back to the series in a mega way.

HM NBA2k10, just because that was the last time I remember sim stats actually looking somewhat realistic. Gameplay was pretty bad with not being able to run plays

I loved CH2k8 and NBA2k8, of course gameplay and graphics dont come close to what they are now, but still those games were classic.

I loved the way NBA2k11 played defensive wise, but stats were a joke so that is why I cant put it ahead of NBA2k13, although the sims stas in 13 wasnt great either. What I like about NBA2k13 over 11 was there was FB's and offensive rebs, those 2 things were non existent in NBA2k11 and ruined that game imo along with sim stats.

From what I have seen gameplay wise NBA2k14 very well could be the best overall game to date. I thought NBA2k13 was very close to being great but they just missed. This year it looks like they just might have finally gotten it right. The 2k share glitch unfortunately is probably still there, so that probably means not being able to use a custom roster in Association, and my guess is sim stats havent been fixed either, so those 2 things will play a huge part in me considering NBA Live when I do eventually buy the new PS4 if those things werent addressed if EA finally got competent devs working on their game.

2k13 brought in so many features that allowed me to play all the modes. Running plays on 13 was better than any 2k prior. Sig skills was nice outside of the useless ones. They were like attachments on your guns on fps's. To me VC made myplayer playable for someone like me who plays mostly quick games. So 2k13 was the best, and the soundtrack was cool though 11 and 12's was better.
