Dynasty Editor issue

My Dynasty Editor has stopped saving file edits and will not import CSV files. It worked fine last time I used it, but it's being a little bleep right now. Every time I go to save or import a current table, I get a .NET error. Did Windows download an update or something that screwed this up? I can export tables to CSV and open roster files, but that's it.

I need help cause I'm stumped right in the middle of converting a CSV file back to a roster file.

I'm having the same issue, can export and edit, but can't import.
