I can change my schemes but yet it still seams like coaches follow their own pass/run ratio while simming.

I have Gus Bradley as a coach and a 97 OVR QB in the Spread scheme using Run & Shoot playbook but yet it looks like we run about 50% of the time and I'd like it to be closer to a 60/40 split.

Is it the coaches? The playbooks?
