Starting Over...

I have just been frustrated with my team lately seems like the better I try to make it the worse it plays so earlier before I headed to work I put up every big name card I had that was auctionable and I am going to start over and go back and kinda pick and choose who I had success with that is if any of them sold lol. So where would you start if you had plenty of coins?

I love my team - but I've got all the big names. If I had to start over I'd probably go for a team of all LE Rookies. Those bonuses add up.

So the bonus works or the whole team? I was not sure how that worked. I hate a few of those at one point

Pick a theme and build it to how you want to use them. Target specific players. Do not go for "best available" at every position and don't have an elite at every spot.

Two things I noticed earlier, one of them was the rookie Long card I believe and his awareness dropped 10 points on his rookie card compared to his gold card and the Mike Pouncey 90 OVR card has the same exact numbers as the DeCastro 94 OVR card . I am sure its something to do with other ratings that do not matter on lineman but I thought that was strange.

This is speculation.

When it comes to these LE rookies I guess it's all speculation since EA has never addressed exactly how they work.

But I think it's pretty safe to say different player's bonuses do stack. Otherwise you'd only be able to have one rookie bonus at a time.

Will clone bonuses stack? Who knows.

Not too bad my biggest thing is being patient and finding deals on who I want other than just buying when I see somebody. I have a 95 OVR team right now with a roster that I can at least play the challenges and compete decently but I have a million coins to be picky with as well so I am happy so far. I also tried to pick players based more on how I play rather than just an OVR ranking.

Any players in particular you looking for? I'm thinking about starting over as well. Only cards I really want are Woodson, Deion and Taylor. I'm trying to use my Bo to help me get more of what I want instead of just high overall.

you can literally build an entire team from selling bo. it does get boring playing with just the best at each position. i like to use different running backs especially. im looking forward to trying out the chris johnson rookie. love that 98/98 spd and accel.

I've only had one person ask about Bo. I like using several different backs too. McGahee, Williams and Barry are some I want to try.

barry is fun. with that 99 elusiveness he can cut like crazy. after using bo the other backs dont compare well though. his speed and trucking is crazy. people literally play defense entirely different when they see a 99 ovr bo. anyways, you should be able to move him between 2-2.3 mil if you want the coin now.
