Need teams for 2 man OD, help?

Trying to start a 2 man OD and have a few criteria for the teams and would like your guys help. We're looking for 2 teams that are:

Rivals (same conference at the very least)
Bad (Low star/overall rating)
Have decent pipelines (Would prefer Southern teams)
And having nice jerseys would be a huge bonus

I've been looking throughout the game briefly at different teams and its been tough so far. Any help would be appreciated.

UTEP/UTSA

Eastern Mich/Western Mich

New Mexico/New Mexico State

UTEP/UTSA would be a good one. You both could go to pretty much any conference, nice stadiums and start with Texas as a pipeline. Pretty much the easiest route you guys could take minus the Florida teams.

Definitely thought of the top 2, also had thought of Texas State instead of UTEP. It would be nice to be based in 2 different states just so every recruit isn't a battle, but that adds so much to the rivalry. Tough call. I had also thought of South Bama and Troy but Bama is gonna be running that state forever.

I wish these teams all had better unis but its life.

We want to be able to turn them into powerhouses eventually, and I just don't see that as happening with an of those teams in my lifetime. Mostly for their size restrictions.

I wish UTSA had their real jerseys in the game. I had a 15 year sim dynasty with them last year.

No, but I know they have them IRL and personally wouldn't take them cause I play for realism. Just like how I'm a huge Baylor fan, but struggle using them in game if things aren't going how the season is.

Arizona/Arizona State. Good rivalry, good uniforms, Same conference. Not really terrible teams. Sort of middle of the pack but not power houses by any means.

Ole' Miss / Mississippi State. Same as above.

That's pretty much it that meets your criteria. Everything else is pretty much power house schools. Or teams that are not in the south.

Northern possibilities:
Washington/ Washington State.
Kentucky/ Vandy
Iowa/ Iowa State.
Virginia/ Virginia Tech.

I feel like Teambuilder is your best option. Set things up the way you want them.
