Cannot beat The Clippers when Lebron is with NY. I came within 5 points then they just play like madman. JJ Redick going off? D. Jordan playing like Jordan! Can someone give me some pointers???

Um shut up. This is your first post here.

Here's better pointers:
-Use the defensive settings (Pressure Shooters, Lockdown Paint, etc.)

-Get in their grill, be very physical get on them

-Maybe double team or focus on one, preferably focus on the Paint and try to play strong on Ball and pressure Reddick.

I haven't played much 2K14, but this is what I would've done in years past

I don't know man, I won that game in one attempt but it was because I blocked Chris Pauls Game winning 3 point attempt. Lock down the paint with the defensive settings but play tight on JJ Redick.

Seems like my A.I. doesn't pressure shooters even when I play that option. I'll try locking down paint. Just like last year offensive rebounding they are owning me and points in the paint are non existent for me. Thanks for the tips.

Sometimes seems like my other teammates just go stone cold too. Jr Smith missing wide open 3's contantly, shumpet sucking, etc... Also I Notice you can't change any sliders or fatigue either. I think fatigue drops way to quick. A dude like Nene and Faried, they lose like 2 bars in like 2 mintues. I find that a bit extreme.. Oh well. I assume that's when Lebron should take over, obviously....

if you are expecting to apply 2k13 defense on 2k14 then you will lose badly.


this game YOU HAVE to play defense... trust me even i had troubles with GS ... i put lebron against Step curry and he torched me....

everyone could blow by me so what you gotta do is give everyone space... in my opinion a mid range shot is what you want everyone taking.... contested...

and be careful closing on shooters.... even ray allen's old *** cut me like a fillet and got an easy layup lol i am telling you i feel like is me playing out there hehe

I gave up on this mode lol yes it feels like I am playing out there too. I can't play D my team can't play D. I can't make one shot, and they can't miss, and when they do miss they get the reboard. I am glad it isn't just me I don't see no lets players on this mode or game on youtube either lol

Its def not you bro. My A.I. leaves their man constantly and they throw up open 3s. Last game D. Jordan had 15 points in the first quarter with like a dozen rebounds and playing like David Robinson in his prime. JJ Reddick playing like Chris Paul. Guys like K Singler was shooting like 95%. Its rigged for this mode without question. Also my defensive settings change for no reason. I play tight on Paul and moments later it goes to double team and sag off.

I choose pressure shooters, but for my Knicks team that must mean sag off and leave your man constantly so they can shoot 100% regardless of who the shooter is

Dude I've only lost one game out of like 5 on this mode so no offence but it's not the game. You just need to improve. I play total sim to be fair, so if you're used to cheesing (don't take offence, I'm just being hypothetical) it will be hard.

If you lose, doens't it change everything for the future? Or doesn't it matter? I truly think they won't want you to win that game.
