Places like moddingway.com and nba2k.org are great places to get mods for 2K. Installing mods are easy though, right click the nba 2k14 icon on your desktop and select "open file location". There you'll see all the files for the game. Once you download a mod (cyber faces, uniforms, courts, globals) simply drag and drop it into the folder you just opened. Make sure you back up your files in case you don't like the mod you just installed. Rosters go in the roaming folder: to find if hold down windows button and the R key (at least for windows 8) and then type "appdata" in the search box, go to "roaming", then "2k sports" then "game saves", and this is where you put any roster file you download.
