what is " 3 assist bonus"

sometimes after i score, "3 assist bonus" appear on the screen. do you know what it means?

Not positive, but I thought that pops up when someone with dimer passes you the ball.

There may be other signature skills that cause it as well.

I get it with Lillard and he doesn't have Dimer. I've also noticed that if you're rejected you get a -3 attribute penalty.

u get it with lillard because u probably pass off the post with aldridge who has post playmaker...and -3 is because of eraser

No I meant when I pass it to a player with Lillard (not shoot with Lillard).

What exactly does it -3 on?

It's because Lillard has PnR maestro. So you get the assist bonus anytime he passes the ball coming off a screen.

Disagree slightly, I believe that any "good pass" might give you +3 assist boost. I have received it many times from various teammates on the Heat. But it has to be a pass that would have been a "good pass" teammate grade if you had made it yourself (which is quite rare for a PF like me).

"-3 attribute penalty" is much more rare, but I also believe this is for getting any of your shots blocked (=not only eraser opponents).
