Coaching carousel...trying to work the system...

Ok...so I took a break from NCAA for a couple months, but I'm back and I've picked up where I left off I my two team dynasty...

I control Brian Kelly as ND's HC...and myself as Army's OC...I'm now in the year 2020 and have maxed myself out as an OC...and I'm REALLY tired of my OC/DC leaving ND every single year and having to deal with whack, random low rank coordinators...

I'm in the last year of my contract as OC at Army...I KNOW my coordinators will be leaving ND at the end of the season...

Is there a way to work the system and get myself hired as the OC at ND??

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I find it extremely unlikely that EA would let 2 users be on the same team (or at the very least, not allow users to be a HC and coordinator on the same team).

1. In game, who calls the offensive plays?
2. Who recruits?

EDIT:
In my offline I'm currently the HC at UConn. I tried creating a new coach (who could be a HC, OC, or DC as I haven't chosen yet) and every team is available to me except for UConn, which I'd say proves my point.

Yeah, I don't believe you can have two user created controlled teams, but I do have a similar question. Outside of not playing well, is there any good strategies out there for keeping your coordinators? While it's been really fun seeing the coaching tree develop under my head coach, I'm wondering if there's a way to retain these guys Thanks!
