I do. Refuse to buy vc, but dont have the time to play full games because of school. I do a little extra though. I make all the saves (12-6) and I'll leave a 12 min game running over night to get that VC, and have a game going while I do HW,dishes, eat dinner etc

yup, rather do that then to spend money on vc. If they made it where u get vc at a reasonable rate then you wouldnt have to use it but dang u gotta play like 20 games just to get one gold pack, no sir count me out.

A lot of people say they don't then have a superstar My Player, My Team etc. I play offline so it don't matter.

I don't use it and I ain't gonna lie, if I see dudes post YT videos of it I'll pass it forward. Some dudes are really trying to honestly earn VC or they put their money in it - kinda sucks someone is glitching the system.

Whether you agree with how the VC is handled or not, cheating is just wrong - at least to me.

I did it only to rack up about 3000 to make my My Player bearable to play with. Don't plan on using it anymore.

Last year I did it for some time but then I got tired of it
Spending real $$ is out of discussion for me
So I guess I'm not going to have a superstar Myplayer or Myteam

Why do you have to use it? Why not just play mycareer games, do drills, and advanced that way instead? Dont understand the need to be a 99 in your first season.

No. I did it last year only to find myself wasting hours and days farming just to open some packs and on top of that i bought 70$ worth vc. 2k really did a number on me last year. No more... i learned my lesson.

Besides, myteam is completely unplayable this year anyway and that's really the only mode i would "need" extra vc for.

Yes and no.

I did use it, but ONLY to get the attribute-boosting gear, like the +5 Stamina undershirt (because my center caps at 85 for Stamina) and +2 Vertical calf sleeves. I don't use this to get VC to boost attributes directly or to buy Signature Skills, as it definitely feels like cheating at that point.

However, that turned out to be pointless, as it still won't let me go above the cap, like last year. Or does that only happen after your rookie year?

Oh, and I spent none on shoes, since no shoes give stat boosts this year (unless I'm missing something). Perhaps that was to make the choice between Nike and Jordan less obvious? In 2K13, only Jordan had the shoes that gave +5 Speed, for instance.

I dont. I like realistic progression in MyCareer (When I actually do play it), and I'm hesitant to touch MyTeam after last year. I'm sitting on a bunch of VC that I dont even really use because all I ever really play is Online QMs and against my homie whenever he comes over. It's probably gonna stay that way until next gen drops.
