Stuck at the launch game screen on OD?

So my buddy and me are trying to start our game against each other for our OD. After selecting our uni's and loading custom play books, the game will not launch. Just sits there and eventually let's goes back to the screen where you can pick your playbook. We are in our 3rd season and have never seen this happen. Tried restarting the game and still happening. This happen to anyone else?

There are probably 5 threads with similar problems posted in the first few pages here. Numerous people have posted suggestions

Quick notes version of answers here's a checklist for troubleshooting

Check your NAT types make sure it's open, check your router and see if you can enable uPnP or manually forward ports the 360 needs to communicate through Live. Google is your friend here. Do whatever you need to do to get your NAT type open
Delete tuner data
Clear cache
Delete OD file and redownload
Both users delete all uniform packs
Reset all formation subs to default
Don't use custom PBs

Both users need to do these steps one by one until you determine source of problem

How do you delete just the Uniforms?

I tried clearing my NCAA Game Data, then re-installing the game as if it was brand new, and I'm still having this problem
