    Block cap

So I'm a 7'0 defensive center and I can't raise my block rating higher than 92? Really?! How the hell can I become Mutombo, or someone similar, Ibaka has 99 for god's sake a number that's out of reach for me, if anyone should be able to reach 99 in blocks it's a defensive center.

Not sure what's worse this or the fact that you can max your speed and quickness but CPU centers still run just as fast as your PG lol Dude skill points don't do jack. The whole attribute and signature skill VC coin system is broken. None of it works or functions the way it is intended to. So don't be mad 99 or 30 rated it's all the same. 2k just wants you to spend money believing in this hoax.

sadly i sort of agree with celtic, but only on the premise block rating doesnt matter.

you can easily get 3-5 blocks a game with a 50 block rating...

Just use +10 block training boost. 500 for 5 games isn't that much. You'll get 500 skill points easily most games. Personally, as an athletic PF with an 80 speed cap, I just train speed and quickness every 5 games, that is much more noticeable than blocking.

I saw someone say on another forum that the caps go in your 3rd season?

Never heard that before. I'm in my 3'rd season right now, if they're not gone by the next season then I guess that's it.

I have a Defensive Center also, among other positions.

I'll let you know when I'm in my prime, probably 7th season if caps go up.

92 or 99 it really doesn't make a difference if you know how to time a block then you'll be fine.

^ sure but it makes 0 sense, if someone is supposed to have 99 in blocks it's a defensive center, he should also be able to reach 99 in defensive awareness and low post defense.

Well in reality no one is a 99 in anything. These are just random numbers associated to separate good and bad. I'm telling you if your in the 90's it really doesn't matter jumping 5 points.

Sure it doesn't make sense. This whole rating system doesn't.
