I've never looked for hidden photo id's for players. I would create a bunch of players and just go through and add photo id's to them. They all appear to be four digit numbers so maybe go 1000-9999. Once you have a bunch, then load the game on the console and see what you get. It would take along time but I don't know of another way to find hidden photo's. IDK just play around with it.
