There needs to be a limit the way rosters are setup now. If the system allowed for more injuries the teams wouldn't be able to fill the positions.

Im not disputing this, but why? Doesnt players that go on the DL open a spot on the roster? If not, why? When the injured player is back on the roster couldnt they make it that you have to release someone? Just curious...

It could work that way, but the system is currently not set up for that. Things that seem small are very difficult on the programming end if it wasn't thought of in the beginning. I know I have been asking for team played for on the player card with the stats for years. The system in place does not allow for that.

I dont think i insinuated that it seemed easy or suggested that it was easy. I asked why. SO it because its too hard to program because they didnt considerate it? Fair enough. These guys do a lot of things well.

I think its soon time to revamp a lot of stuff under the hood, maybe the next gen will allow for some nice changes in the future. Better simmed stats in later years, bigger rosters, better stat collection and like you said, team history. I think it has more to do with them adding manual injuries to the series, which was a great addition...
