This slider set already produce too few TO. Increasing Pass accuracy is not a good idea. Weird or not you need theese TOs. If you do not want more TO from more steals then eg. the accuracy and others should be pumped down lower. I lowered it to around 35 for the CPU and that seems to produce the 15TO/8-9STEALS ratio. Needs more testing though. This set is very very good, but I made a lot of changes ,and lot of them because of my style(level) of playing.
