I don't have a laptop really geared for gaming either. I have to run my players on low (though you can hardly tell with mods) crowd on medium (high on my career) and no AA. If you still are getting under 30fps with those settings you might have to wait for someone a little more experienced to help you! (I'm running about 45-50 fps)
