NCAA Basketball 09 Xbox Roster Transfer Process

Thanks to kejimutoh who found the attached roster from this link:

    http://www.operationsports.com/forum...load-here.html

If anyone has other rosters, I'm happy to upload them here as well. I believe you only need to re-sign these using Horizon but if you have any issues, refer to my thread on the NCAA 10 transfer process:

    http://www.operationsports.com/forum...r-process.html

I will plan on uploading the NCAA 09 March Madness Edition Rosters once those are complete.

UPDATE 11/12/2013: Found a March Madness 08 Roster (see attached file and related thread below)

    http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ile-360-a.html

UPDATE 11/20/2013: Added NCAA 09 March Madness Edition Roster (game is downloadable from XboxLive). EA provided a roster update that is fairly accurate for the teams in the tournament. All tournament teams are named. The 30 or so teams not in the tournament but included are not -- in part because those teams not in the tournament were not updated by EA so the rosters require a lot of editing and the game itself is more limited in terms of editing capabilities in comparison to the standard NCAA 09 game.

The roster in the first post is incomplete and probably needs some additional editing. Here are schools that had some un-named players:

      Connecticut
      Coppin St.
      FAMU
      Florida International
      Grambling State
      James Madison
      Louisiana Lafayette
      Louisiana Monroe
      Massachusetts
      Murray State
      MVSU
      New Orleans
      Norfolk State
      Pittsburgh
      Prairie View A&M
      Saint Francis
      Tennessee State
      UMES
      Western Illinois
      Youngstown State

Which is the roster for this year's players? Are all of the teams named? Is Auburn included? Thanks in advance.

Nobody is updating NCAA 09. You need NCAA 10 for updated rosters.

Do we have an editor to use with NCAA Basketball roster/dynasty files? NCAA 10 was the last basketball game from EA Sports. There's no way from the game to get accurate rosters for updated seasons. I used an updated PS3 roster from someone here at OS.

The players classification can't be fixed because we can't edit player's class status. The roster itself is pretty good but players like Jabari Parker and Wiggins are listed as junior and senior.

I've tried to use the Generic EA Editor but it won't work with the roster file. Do we have an editor of any type that will work with NCAA Basketball 10 and/or any other roster files for games other than Madden & NCAA Football? Thanks guys!
              NCAA- GO VOLS
              NBA- GO CELTICS
              MLB- GO BRAVES
              NFL- GO COWBOYS
              NHL- GO PREDATORS
              NASCAR- Chase Elliott
              MLS- LA Galaxy

RIP Pat Summitt: We will all miss you!

I am not aware of any editors out there.

Re: NCAA Basketball 09 Xbox Roster Transfer Process

                    I downloaded the rosters at:

                    http://www.operationsports.com/forum...load-here.html

However I can't seem to do anything with them. I followed the instructions for using Horizon to rehash/resign, but Horizon won't open this z36 file.

Is there something that I can do to get Horizon to work with this roster file?

                    Thanks very much.

you can't just use Horizon or Modio. You also need to use USBXTAFGUI-v44

Re: NCAA Basketball 09 Xbox Roster Transfer Process

Yup, used USBXTAFGUI-v44 to access the USB drive successfully. (Also tried using the updated version: USBXTAFGUI-v45). Extracted the NCAA 09 Basketball file to the desktop.

Then I use HORIZON to open that file - no problem.

The problem I can't figure out is what to do with the roster file that is in z36 format. HORIZON and MODIO won't do anything with it.

Is there some way to access the roster file with USBXTAFGUI-v44 that I haven't been able to figure out yet?

I feel like I am missing something obvious here. Appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction.
