Got this from Redbox, really enjoying it, soon as my stuff on craigslist sells, I will be picking this up. With my $15 off coupon from Toys R Us for $59.99 video games and up and my discount.

I will only spend ~$43 on this bad boy.

CPU on hard is kicking my *** but I am overcoming it to barely squeak out the win.

New to wrestling games here... Was a huge fan back in late 80s and through the 90s but haven't followed since...

When I play Universe, can I add wrestlers throughout the mode like if I download created ones, unlock wrestlers, etc? Or do I set the rosters at the beginning and that's it?

Yes, you can add DLC, and CAWs throughout the mode. You don't have to start over if you want to add a wrestler.

Game is awesome so far. Hate to reiterate all the same points that others made about the gameplay being tweaked with a more aggressive AI but it's all been for the better.

Only played 30 years of Mania and I'm up to Hogan/Warrior which even playing on Normal I was losing matches along my way. WM3 was the hardest as it took several tries to beat Andre and Macho Man.

Dumb question but I have the EU version of the game. Are the community creations worldwide? or will I be only limited to the creations from users in my region?

Does the NA game have a reversible Daniel Bryan cover? When I saw that today, thought it was pretty cool.

I got this game only yesterday and already I can firmly say this is the best wrestling game ever made. There I said it. I know everyone has thier favorites with old school games and FPW but as an overall product this is definitively the best one. Anybody who says otherwise is just arguing for arguments sake.

And of course you'll still get the guys who will keep saying that they still haven't made a great wrestling game in years but for anybody on the fence with this one or are jaded from the last few years, just buy it and you'll enjoy it for all the reasons everyone has stated it already.

Just from a gameplay and AI perspective which I was always very picky with, this game just rocks. The AI is steller and each match plays out incredibly well and you want to break the controller sometimes but in a good way. You don't feel cheated when you lose and I have it on hard and I'm losing often. I didn't play WWE13 but would easily win on legend with prior games. Sure minor bugs will come up the more we play and people will get on thier soapbox to declare WWE2K14 another failure because of that but every game has bugs and there it appears to be no game killing bugs with this one.

I'm shocked that this is so good, I thought this would be a throwaway version until next gen with the shortened window of making this game after 2K took over midway. If the devs were capable of this kind of refinement of AI and gameplay in such a short time I'm kinda pissed they didn't do this 2 years ago.

For those who are enjoying this game as much as I am, this is the one game you never trade in because WWE 2k15 may focus on graphics and the superficial things while gameplay and AI may be neglected because they are starting from scratch with a new engine.

How much of an actual upgrade is it from 13? How good is the Universe mode this year?

I know I've said it already but the commentary sucks even in the 30 Years of Wrestlemania mode its repetitive. Its a shame because the commentary in the Attitude Era mode was so good. If I hear "Hogan's on spaghetti legs right now" I'm going to lose it.

It's a shame but I think we all expected that. 30WM's commentary sounds much better but at least with 2K at the helm they are almost certain to rectify this for next year

I've only played road to wrestlemania and a few squash matches just to try out a few characters I unlocked but I'm enjoying it so far. Only thing that bothers me is the names above the wrestlers are wrong everytime I start a match, if I'm the rock and I'm vs austin my name says austin and his says the rock, same crap as last year pretty much so I just turned it off, easy fix. Other than that great game, can't wait to make a CAW and start on the universe and do a KOTR with the all time greats.

I don't think I'll be playing another wrestling game this year. This beats my favorites including No Mercy, Firepro series and Day of Reckoning 2. Easily the best wrestling game I have ever played. There's still room for improvement in some areas but hopefully 2K listens to some of the more passionate wrestling game fans and makes the necessary adjustments that Yukes/THQ would never consider.

Trying to beat The Undertaker in Beat the Streak is outrageously hard. Man, I've never played anything like it. The man is immortal. Haha. It can obviously be done though. Had to stop playing that mode for a while since I was getting so frustrated.

I really do think if i pressed O when i hit the 450 splash with Gabriel i would have beaten him, his head, torso, and arms were full red and i had hit three finishers and four signatures leading up to that 450. That was my first try and haven't tried since.

Got it yesterday, lost to Taker with Ziggler in beat the streak
Love 30YOWM so far,
Universe looks good, not really going to start till I finish 30 years
Gonna try out Creation Suite after Cricket
