Michael Jordan (or the 2K version, Rob Jones)

Michael Jordan is an old school guy. He loves big men and buries Guards who can be superstars. The Bobcats are as much as a laughing stock as are they are a team, and he fully expects 50-loss seasons for the first couple seasons. Make no mistake, get cheap big guys who lack offensive ability and you will stick with MJ forever.

Hopefully there is an Online Association. Something tells me that this mode will be strictly offline.

For one, the Lakers are obviously owned by the Buss siblings from hell.

They only know of the teams past lustrious history, and can offer nothing more than a bottomless amount of cash to aid your efforts. Be careful not to appeal too much to the other, as jealousy runs amock. And be careful who you hire as a coach, because it just so happens that Beanie his married to the Gym Master, Bill Jackman, one of the greatest coaches is modern day NBA history.

I'm loving the operations aspect. In an owner mode, I like having control over the team and business.

This is more of an encouraging screenshot, it'll be interesting to find out what is classfied within the "team operations" budget of 35 million.

Also you see the Lakers are rated as 89 offense, 62 defense, in prior years I don't remember there being this wide a disparity in ratings. Hopefully this means that the sim engine now has a wider range of results.

As said before, who's to say they didn't have injuries? From my history, simming seasons ALWAYS results in someone getting season ending injuries or missing time with severe injuries like torn mcl, acl, broken collarbone, back, etc.

Well, first off the few screen shots that we have seen so far only seems to scratch the surface of what this will be. But if you want an actual answer, then is player morale in CCF? How about unique owner personalities who can potentially meddle with your team? Welp, there's already two pretty big differences that already set it apart from CCF. If you don't see that, then you're choosing not to look.

exactly. they havent even touched upon what else this mode has to offer. just vaguely hinting here and there.

In NBA 2K14’s MyGM mode, your owner will give you a list of Demands and Wishlists, all based on his personality, that he will want you to accomplish throughout the season and offseason. If you venture too far off course, you’ll likely find yourself unemployed. Do well enough, and you’ll be afforded the opportunity to be your own boss when your purchase your own NBA franchise.

True reminding me of that i won't forget to turn down the injury slider
