Is it possible?
Quick question. Have any of you guys seen an unedited red shirt junior running back with 97 speed 96 strength 95 agility 99 acceleration 99 break tackle 98 trucking 97 elusiveness 95 ball carrier vision 96 stiff arm and spin move and 95 juke? I'm asking this because the commish of my OD has this guy and I would like to know if it is possible before calling him a cheater. ThanksTags: None -

Re: Is it possible?
We are in year 2019. Normally he is pass happy but he changed teams and switched to only running the ball last year. I've never seen anywhere close to the speed and strength combo, not to mention this running back is the strongest player in the NCAA this year.Comment

Re: Is it possible?
You can stop at strength. There is no way in heck he has a 96 strength running back, because the Running backs strength rating barely progresses. I see no way this is legit to be honest unless somehow the player was switched from a different position, but even then...Comment

Re: Is it possible?
Jeez, I didn't even notice the strength. That's way suspicious. I have seen a great power back come in with 84 strength but he only started with 89 speed. Something very fishy. That is pretty dumb on his part."Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Re: Is it possible?
This is what I was thinking. Assuming he edited his guy he might've been able to get away with this if he didn't boost his STR. The only way for a HB to have great STR is if he were an ATH, but then as a HB his STR isn't gonna progress like that. You can stop at strength. There is no way in heck he has a 96 strength running back, because the Running backs strength rating barely progresses. I see no way this is legit to be honest unless somehow the player was switched from a different position, but even then...
In past years the bench press rating for recruits has been a direct map for a recruit's STR and this is also true in '14. Here's the chart that '14 uses:

In my current (2019) recruiting class the top 31 strongest recruits (by bench) are all on the line (3 DTs and the rest OL). Their bench ranges from 480 to 455 which is a STR from 88 to 84. The strongest HB recruit has 80 STR and the strongest, non-250+ ATH has 79 STR.
There's no way that a legit HB could get to 96 STR.Favorite Teams:

Re: Is it possible?
Uh, yeah the STR rating is the giveaway. Not a chance a RB comes close to that in this game from a recruiting standpoint. Even an ATH with that type of speed/accel/BCV, etc. won't have that type of strength, even after 3 progression years.Comment
