So it seems that the staff budget is similar to that of CG Association...does that mean we're gonna get the same issues with staff payments and not being able to assemble a decent staff that existed in CG?

Good thing that VC is nowhere to be seen on this picture. Hopefully they realize most of the sim crowd never liked VC to begin with and remove it entirely.

This looks cool. I don't know if it's really for me though. I like building a team and want the game to realize that some years I will suck. Maybe if owner firing was optional it would be better but then again sometimes I like to be fired after 6 or 7 seaons of being on one team so I can move on. Maybe if there was a difficulty option or if you could simply pick to leave a team if you wished to go to antoher one it would be better.
