Hello everyone,
I just joined this forum so this is my very first post here. First off, jaymee, I want to give you a huge thank you and a lot of props for all the work you surely had to do in order to get these slider settings!
I have played Madden for years, but I never had the patience to dedicate to adjusting slider settings, and did not know this forum even existed. I had heard about people who take the time to make realistic slider settings but never paid much attention to it. This year, however, I decided to dig around a little bit because I have grown tired of not being challenged. Normally, even on All-Madden I can routinely win 12-13 games per year with the Miami Dolphins (I go with Miami every year), which I am confident that we can all agree is ridiculous. Lol In my search of making Madden more challenging for me, I came across this thread, and decided to give the 2.2 version a go.
Jaymee, I am fully impressed. This has been, by far, the most realistic Madden experience I have ever had, after 10+ years of playing the damn game. It no longer feels like an arcade game to me, and has been very challenging. I have been doing a practice season with Miami and after 10 games, I am 6-4. That record includes 3 very close wins (vs. Browns, Falcons, and Bills) and 2 big losses (Saints & Patriots). It has been a lot of fun!
I wish there was a slider setting to make the rest of the league more realistic (in my current season, the Buccs were 7-1 going into my game against them, and the Patriots started 0-5).
Jaymee, I do have one question for you, pertaining to the auto-subs. I adjusted them to the posted settings outside of CFM, saved, and then went into my CFM auto-subs to reset as stated, but they were already at 50 across the board without having to reset. I tried this 3 times and had the same outcome. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
