Actually they did. If you watch the video he cleary shows Bolden going in motion and then running an off tackle run to the right.

Wish they would've let it pay out, but oh well. One more day and we can all find out for ourselves.

That trailer of RG3 scanning the field and smoothly transitioning into a running animation clearly was CGI and is definitely not in this game. Even that juke that was done by Marshawn Lynch in the first trailer, I haven't seen that in any subsequent gameplay videos. The dreads even look worse and clip all over the place. The game is a port.
