Like many of you I'm frustrated with Madden and it's lack of direction. With the power of social media I've decided to tweet the NFL. Maybe if we all mobilize by tweeting the NFL we will be heard by Mr. Goodell and the powers that be. Something needs to be done.

Re: Tweet the NFL to express your disappointment with Madden
Tweeted: "Agreed; Tiburon, the programming entity in charge of creating Madden has put a black eye on the NFL's image of excellence..."
I may defend this NG version, but I know Tiburon has fumbled the ball on this franchise of gaming. -

This is what I was recommending in one of my previous posts. These are the guys to complain to, not EA. EAs license is up, make sure it doesn't get renewed with exclusivity.Comment

Re: Tweet the NFL to express your disappointment with Madden
I think this needs to go much farther than tweets. It is imperative that we do everything we possibly can to prevent another exclusivity deal with EA Sports. I will make a thread shortly. We need a petition with 400 to 500 thousand signatures. The petition needs to contain factual information outlining patch issues, broken promises, false advertisement etc. The NFL needs to understand that their brand is being tainted by the business practices of EA Sports. It's time gamers made a stand against this exclusivity agreement. EA Sports should not be the only company to have rights to make a licensed title. It is unfair to gamers and to the industry that this sport is so poorly represented. We absolutely cannot let EA renew this agreement for next gen.Comment

Re: Tweet the NFL to express your disappointment with Madden
The only problem is I'm not sure if we are the majority or the minority. But a good example is to simply look at basketball. Imagine if we were stuck playing NBA Live. If they had a good football game they could quadruple their sales. I mean, look at the money that GTA and Call of Duty make. A good football game could easily sell as much as Call of Duty does. Everyone wins in that scenario.Comment

Re: Tweet the NFL to express your disappointment with Madden
I love the passion here and I'm all for it, but there are a few buts.........
1. The petition has been done before.
2. We are asking Roger Goodell to blow up his business plan for all exclusives and settle for a new business plan within 4 months.
3. The NFLPA stated in a interview on reddit that EA treats them well.
A few big hurdles to jump over, but I'll sign again.Comment
