GAME SPEED DROPPED TO SLOW
User Rush D and tackling have been dropped to 40.
User Pass D dropped to 40.
CPU Pass Coverage raised to 70.
CPU Rush D raised to 70 (may go with 65).
CPU Run Block raised to 65 (may go with 60).
INTs dropped by 5 for CPU and User

All FG stats at 50 since we super sim.
