Wow - how great has sports gaming become for us, when this is an issue?

Thing is, all that was in last gen. No excuse for it not to be in this gen.

So in season mode they just let you make trades no problem?

By far the biggest thing that kills this game for me is lack of Association. I'll try the seasons mode but I really really enjoyed offseasons on 2k. And yeah, the menus just add some annoyance to it but I wouldn't get rid of the game because of it

Can you confirm whether you can play Season Mode with Multiple Teams please?

I love the game but it seems to me me that the cpu sags off shooters a lot on help defense. This use to be an option u could turn down to keep cpu on its man. Since I play on ball d when they pass it to a shooter their usually wide open because the cpu denfending the shooter is coming to help. How do u adjust help d this year??

Thanks for replying. No Multiplayer Season is a bummer for me. Is there at least an option to play other teams games or are you only able to play your own teams games?

Am i the only one enjoying this game? I have no issue with the VC, I earn it by playing games. Everyone is finding something to complain about and I'm sitting here playing the most polished/detailed and fun basketball game I've ever played.

Where you under the impression they were going to patch in 30 team control before release? It's been known for some months now 30 team control was out for NG, and you were one of the main ones (with good reason) speaking out about it...so I know you were aware...just seems like an odd impression having known all of this already...

I think he means that while he knew that 30 team control wouldn't be in the game, 2k representatives used as an excuse for this omission the fact that the AI logic was vastly upgraded, so we wouldn't feel the need to control all the teams.
Apparently this isn't true and the logic is just as terrible as past years, so not having total control is a real issue, and I can totally comprehend his frustration with it.

If 2k fixes the sliders not saving correctly if 2k patches a another way to save your created roster then even with only nba today and quick mode this game is better than ANY 2K game before it

BUT those two things are WHY the game feels bare to me just dont allow two of the simplest things in ANY sports game

sliders and rosters and then the now apparently HUGE hurdle on next gen saving

On the court, this game is really impressive. Already the most fun I've ever had with a basketball game.

Off the court, it's disappointing. With no 30 team control, and with the fact that you can't play with any other team with in season or MyGM mode is extremely frustrating. I really don't know what my options are as far as playing with multiple teams within one season/franchise.

BRING BACK 30 TEAM CONTROL!

Love it. Most fun I've had playing a sports game since when College Hoops2K8 AND NFL2K5 came out. I don't care about thirty team control so the lack of that doesn't bother me. Online play has been a blast and the graphics are beyond amazing

No Multiplayer functionality is a game killer for me. I have played this game with friends Offline for a number of years. As great as this game sounds it doesn't ultimately give me what I want. I've just cancelled my preorder & reordered for current gen. Hopefully next year 2K will bring this feature back.
Developers PLEASE understand that not everyone plays their games as a Single Player or Online!
I know I can play one off games with my buddies but that's no where near as much fun as playing through a season.

I have a similar problem like yours, bought like 196k of vc and upgraded everything , I get that same error every time when my player is done answering a reporters question during post game interview.

Have you figured it out yet?

No what I mean is that I was under the impression that the logic would be improved. It hasn't been. It's just Association with text. I was disappointed.

Yes I was aware of the fact that there wasn't going to be a 30 team ability this year. But my goodness couldn't they have improved logic?
