Has anybody had a generational player?

I have one in my draft class I'm in now. And I just wanted to know how they progress?

I won't get the game until next week but I'm just curious, how do you identify if a prospect is a generational player?

I did but he's not labeled as generational or anything. It just says his projected pick is #1.

They aren't labeled but you can pretty much tell. I didn't get to draft him, but this guy in the league ended up at 97 overall by the age of 23. Kind of extreme, but he's the only player I've seen that good that young so far. I think I'm in the year 2020 or so.

are his stats worthy of 97?

I'm 6 seasons into MyGM and I've had two guys rated as #1 in the draft now. Oddly enough I was able to draft both of them after one fell to my #2 pick and I won the draft lottery with the #4 pick I had traded for.

The first one is now a 94 OV 6'7 PG that I've now had for 5 seasons. He's started all but 1 season and has career averages of 16.3 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Good numbers, but hasn't once been on any of the All NBA teams at the end of a season.

The second guy I just drafted and will be coming off the bench as a rookie. He's a 6'10 SG rated 82 OV. I'm 12 games into the season and he's already unhappy with his role and is putting up 17.8/4.6/3.1 in only 23 minutes.

how is the league looking in terms of the amount of 80+ players on each team?

and you should give that second guy more PT, 17 ppg in 23 mpg is no joke.

I was just looking at my draft class and there's a 7'6" C, Homer Reeves projected round 1.

Jesus the height on that guy is absurd for a sim-generated player.

He only averaged 21.5 pts, 5.8 rebs, 5.7 asts that year. But his ratings are CRAZY. 92 shot close, 94 mid, 93 3pt, 99 Dunks. I gotta get a screen shot.
