The Park works on the Xbox one, but not the PS4...

anybody with a PS4 knows that the Park is very frustrating, only a couple courts work every now and then, long load times, bad connection, etc...Xbox one's version of the Park reportedly has shorter load times and all the courts work, great connection etc...Question is, do you think this is a 2k server issue or a PSN issue? what are the chances the PS4's version gets fixed?

Wow xb1 version works? I wait forever to get on the court , then get disconnected or network error bs, WE NEED THIS FIX

Microsoft claims every game has dedicated servers, so maybe that's whats making this work slightly better. Don't know how bad it is on PS4.

The Park is not working perfectly by any stretch of the imagination on XBO. I haven't gotten into a single park where atleast 2 courts weren't glitched/unplayable. I see a ton of issues getting into games such as two players being on one pick up spot, pick up spots not engaging (going from green to gray) when you got next, ghosts taking up spots and the game never starting (I'm guessing this is from people who either lose connection or just shut their XBO off while waiting).

would be good to get some more numbers on this. if xbox one has better servers, that's something that could make or break a purchase for those that play mostly online.

I'm pretty sure the PS4 version runs on 2K's dedicated servers. It's unlikely they'd use peer to peer when there's a hundred people involved. Microsoft offers devs servers for use, but we don't know if NBA2K is using them or 2K's own.

Big publishers usually use their own servers and you've never seen an argument that PC is worse online because nobody is offering "free" (Microsoft takes a cut of the game's sales) dedicated servers for the platform.

The park seems to be very buggy on both platforms, and that's on 2K, not the platforms it's on.

BS...my brother been complaining about The Park not working also. Also the Xb1 version has to be using 2K servers since 2K wants all the control over everything.

I don't have a PS4 so take this for what it's worth. I've heard that online is pretty much unplayable at this point on the PS4. Xbox one servers are working very well for me. I have a wired connection though so that may be why also.

XB1 park works pretty much all the time, it's just the frustration of trying to get in the same park as your friends. You have to hit the button at the same time and pray. As far as games go, you stand on the "next" circles and when that game ends you just have to back off of them and then step back on and game will start up just fine. Can't speak to PS4 but this is my XB1 experience.

Of course the xbox one park works. Did anyone who bought a PS4 miss the presentation of 500,000 servers out there to assist in cloud services and for game creators to use (Forza used it the best imo). I would not be shocked if 2k had some sort of aid from Microsoft, why wouldn't they?

Not to start a console war, but Playstation has never been known for its great online. It was popular on PS3 due to it being free (again this isn't a shot or anything, it's the truth).
