Whats the bug?un necessary season restart

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Madden ultimate team

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Not sure how it happened but I was playing my divisional game when the other player quit. I was taken to the main screen where I went straight to play conference and it said to start my season. I dnt want to recreate it.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Only seen it once
