I don't think there has been another patch. I've never experienced any problems with the JPOTG. I've heard about players not coming back from injury but in my experience they always came back. If there was another a patch I think there would have been mention of it.

I got highlights on 8 min quarters suddenly on thursday. The patch isn't out yet, because we would have prompted to download it, but I think that maybe, because we are always online, 2k can Tweak certain aspects.

It's just cause one of the big GTA:O updates came out while I was playing It happened to be like 12ish to 1am maybe

Absolutely no reason to believe that.
I'd guess it will be out this week. Likely in the Tuesday-Wednesday range.

Just like the last patch that took a few days to go live after it was submitted for approval.
