-Functional NFL rosters, 8 man practice squads (with players that can be signed to another teams 53 man roster), game day inactive etc.

-Proper man align defenses, the (return) of the ability to have defensive backs (specifically) shadow WRs.

-Tiered defensive playcalling, to include gap controls, run fits, spill assignments etc,

-Smoke routes options in the passing game.

-Improved defense of "money" plays, routes.

-Addition of offensive and defensive coordinators

-Improved WR/DB interactions, had fighting, jersey pulls, push offs, face guarding.

-A more robust and improved penalty system.

-Continued improvement of XP system.

-A fully detailed explanation of what each rating does in game, and how those ratings affect each position.

-The END of route mirroring when playing man coverage.

-Continued improvement to OL/DL interaction.

-Overall adjustment to the passing game. (All QBs are way to accurate at default)

-More robust sliders.

Those are off the top of my head.

Edit: Real Commish controls. If I have two guys whos game gets disconnected. Some sort of situation generator so that I can set their game up, where they were DCed or what ever, the ability to throw out results, more interactive. Co-Commish with the ability to do everything the commish can. Basically everything that is missing from CFM Commish controls.
