I don't get why the video game industry gets a free pass to push out inferior products while expecting us to answer to them. It doesn't work that way anywhere else. I certainly don't feel as though I ripped anyone. Expecting an honest and frank level of customer service is far from unreasonable.

This highlights the issue of when one company has a monopoly over the market.
