For some reason, run plays aren't considered cheese. I agree some of the read option plays are pretty difficult to stop. The run commit can be burned bad if it is guessed wrong. I must be calling screens at bad times, because I'm doing good to gain about 5 yards. There are other things that people consider cheese such as going for it 4th down, but I generally give people benefit of the doubt because of where the ball is, how far to make the conversion, time left in game, how far you are down, momentum, and how your good your kicker and punter are.
