Really 2K, three patches in and the team still won't run plays in MyCareer?! Even though this happens every single year you still ship it like this and still haven't fixed it after three patches. I have no interest in playing a game where the offence boils down to everyone standing around and doing nothing so I guess I still won't be playing this mode.
