Has anyone had a problem with having your minor champions not show up in Universe Mode on your pre-PPV shows? I have Triple H as my IC champ on RAW and Wade Barrett as the European Champ on Smackdown! and they rarely, if ever, make any appearances prior to the pay-per-view. This is okay from the perspective that the shows are letting the contenders duke it out to face the champ at a big event, but it'd be nice to see them appear every once in a while. Just wondering if anyone else was having this problem.
