Why are Play Now rosters different than CCM rosters?

My play now rosters are current and up to date (I don't have xbox live) but when I try to load them into a created offline CCM, they're different.

Ccm are the same just the overalls are different due to the ccm going by schemes...so the players overall will be higher or lower to how they fit that scheme. To me I think its ea's way for they new point system they put in last yr.

You have to choose import rosters.

I do import rosters but it's still different and I have no idea why?

The depth charts is a glitch that ea never fixed guess ea likes there games with glitches.
